Almen Abdi signs new Watford deal

Watford's Swiss midfielder Almen Abdi signs a new three-year contract at Vicarage Road.

Swiss midfielder Almen Abdi has signed a new contract with Premier League outfit Watford.

The 28-year-old, who arrived at Vicarage Road from Udinese in 2012, had just 12 months left to run on his previous deal.

However, Abdi has now committed his future to the Hornets until the summer of 2018.

The attack-minded player has made 92 appearances for Watford so far, from which he has found the net on 23 occasions.
