Chris Coleman has selected his first Wales squad for next week's Gary Speed Memorial International against Costa Rica.

The Wales squad has been announced for the Gary Speed Memorial International at Cardiff next Wednesday.

The Dragons will take on Costa Rica at the Cardiff City Stadium as a way of paying tribute to previous manager Gary Speed, who took his own life last November.

New boss Chris Coleman has reportedly selected the squad, but will ask coaches Osian Roberts and Reymond Verheijen to take charge of the team on this occasion.

Some 50 former international colleagues of Speed's will be in attendance.

Goalkeepers: Wayne Hennessey, Boaz Myhill, Lewis Price

Defenders: Darcy Blake, James Collins, Danny Gabbidon, Chris Gunter, Adam Matthews, Sam Ricketts, Neil Taylor, Ashley Williams

Midfielders: Joe Allen, Gareth Bale, Jack Collison, Andrew Crofts, David Edwards, Joe Ledley, Aaron Ramsey, Hal Robson-Kanu, David Vaughan

Strikers: Craig Bellamy, Robert Earnshaw, Steve Morison, Sam Vokes
