Report: Villarreal want Antonio Rukavina

Villarreal are reportedly interested in signing Real Valladolid defender Antonio Rukavina.

The Yellow Submarine attempted to sign the 30-year-old last summer, but Valladolid were able to repel the interest.

However, Valladolid's relegation from La Liga has left them in a vulnerable position in terms of keeping their key players.

According to Inside Spanish Football, there is a clause in Rukavina's contract that will allow the right-back to depart on a free transfer this summer.

Deportivo La Coruna have also been credited with an interest.
