Valencia held on to take a point against Real Valladolid after being reduced to 10 men.
Aly Cissokho put the visitors ahead, giving Valencia a 1-0 lead at half time.
However, the French defender was sent off in the 64th minute, conceding a penalty to give Valladolid the equaliser.
The result moves Valladolid up to eighth, while Valencia climb to ninth in the La Liga table.
