Valencia boss Nuno Santo has admitted that his side were a touch fortunate to claim a point against Real Sociedad on Sunday evening.
Los Che took the lead at the Mestalla before being pegged back by Sergio Canales, while they spent much of the second period under pressure from the hosts.
"It's true they were better. It was a tough game. We played a great match against a great team with a very clear idea of football," he told reporters at a press conference.
"[After Canales's goal] they had more of the ball and took a step forward. It's true that after they scored they had control of the game. It was difficult for us to get possession.
"But I'm proud and satisfied with the work of the players. After every match I get the game stats and they're all running a lot. I'm proud of them all."
Valencia are still unbeaten in La Liga this season.
