Having secured a 2-0 victory when the sides met in last week's reverse fixture, the Uruguayan outfit will be looking to pick up where they dropped off as they eye a place in the last eight of the continental showpiece.

Nacional are in the driving seat in this one following last week's first-leg victory. While Union will hope that their home advantage can help in their quest to overturn the deficit, they have managed just one win in their last four games at the Estadio 15 de Abril. We predict the Uruguayan side will hold the hosts to a share of the spoils and go through on aggregate.

Internacional vs. Colo-Colo (Wednesday, 1.30am)
With a place in the quarter-finals of this year's Copa Sudamericana at stake, Internacional and Colo-Colo face off at the Estadio Jose Pinheiro Borda on Wednesday.
The visitors hold a two-goal lead from last week's first leg in Santiago and it is now up to the home side to come up with a much-needed response.

The onus is more on Internacional to seize the initiative and take the fight to Colo Colo, who have a lead to protect. While we expect the home side to come out on top on the day, we are backing the visitors to go through on aggregate.
