Report: Odion Ighalo interested in potential Premier League return

Former Watford striker Odion Ighalo is reportedly willing to listen to offers from Premier League clubs regarding a potential return to the English top flight.

Former Watford striker Odion Ighalo has reportedly expressed an interest in returning to the Premier League this month.

The 28-year-old is currently playing in China with Changchun Yatai, with three years left on his contract and a £20m release clause.

Ighalo left Watford last January for Changchun in a £20m deal following a fruitful two-and-a-half-year spell at Vicarage Road yielding 40 goals and 10 assists from 100 appearances.

According to Sky Sports News, two Premier League clubs have made contact with Ighalo's representatives, and the Nigeria international is willing to listen to their offers.

Ighalo began his career at Udinese before having loan spells at Cesena and Granada.
