Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen insists that he is in no hurry to leave Ajax.

Christian Eriksen has insisted that he has no plans to leave Ajax either this month or in the summer.

The Danish midfielder has been linked with a host of European clubs, including Manchester United, Manchester City, AC Milan and Barcelona.

However, the 19-year-old believes that he is with the right club to continue his development.

"I will definitely not leave Ajax this month, and I probably won't move in the summer either. I have an ongoing contract and I feel like I'm in the right place at the moment," Eriksen told De Telegraaf.

"Of course, I'm flattered that these big clubs are watching me. A transfer has to be a real step forward for me though."

Eriksen's contract with the Amsterdam-based club expires in 2013.
