Toulouse have signed Brazilian defender William Matheus on a four-year deal.
The 24-year-old, whose contract is due to end in 2018, arrives at the Stadium Municipal from Cianorte FC.
Matheus has played for nine clubs in Brazil since signing professional terms with Figueirense in 2008.
Toulouse begin the new Ligue 1 campaign with a trip to Nice on August 9.
