No goals between Toulouse and Bordeaux

Toulouse and Bordeaux play out a goalless draw in their match at Stadium Municipal this afternoon.

Toulouse have recorded a goalless draw in their match against Bordeaux in Ligue 1 this afternoon.

The first chance of the game fell to the visitors, as Henri Saivet took a shot from outside the penalty area, but the effort was blocked.

Bordeaux continued to have the better of the opportunities in the first half, but neither side looked like scoring before half time.

Ali Ahamada had to make a save in the opening moments of the second half as Cheick Diabate blasted the ball towards the Toulouse goal from range.

Franck Tabanou and Eden Ben Basat had shots for the home side, but both of their efforts were wide of the left upright.

Adrien Rabiot struck the ball from close range inside the final five minutes, but Cedric Carrasso was on hand to protect the visitors' goal.

The result leaves Bordeaux ninth in the Ligue 1 table, while Toulouse sit 11th.
