Swansea City sign Jonathan De Guzman

Swansea City have completed the signing of Jonathan De Guzman on a season-long loan from Villarreal.

The 24-year-old completed a medical this afternoon, and he becomes Michael Laudrup's second signing of the summer for the Welsh club.

De Guzman told the club's official website: "Once the opportunity came along to join Swansea and Michael Laudrup it was a done deal. I didn't have to think twice about it."

Swansea reportedly have the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
