Swansea City target Alvaro Pereira?

Swansea City are reportedly keen to sign Inter Milan's Alvaro Pereira during the January transfer window.

The 28-year-old arrived at the San Siro in the summer of 2012, but he has since fallen down the pecking order.

As a result, Inter are willing to listen to offers for the full-back, which has alerted Swansea boss Michael Laudrup, according to The Mirror.

The report added that Laudrup would initially look to sign the Uruguay international on a loan basis.

It is also thought that Fulham are monitoring the situation.
