Gylfi Sigurdsson quiet on Swansea City future

Sigurdsson hints at Hoffenheim return

Gylfi Sigurdsson has claimed that his potential future with Swansea City is 'out of his hands' and has suggested that he could return to parent club Hoffenheim.

The 22-year-old has made an impression in the Premier League since moving to the Liberty Stadium on a loan deal in January.

While the Swans have been open about their desire to keep hold of the midfielder, Sigurdsson has refused to pledge his permanent future to the Welsh side.

"I still have a couple of years left on my contract at Hoffenheim, so there is not much I can do at the moment," said Sigurdsson. "It's out of my hands."

Reports have suggested that Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping tabs on the Iceland international.
