Report: Ben Davies returns to UK for Tottenham Hotspur medical

Swansea City defender Ben Davies reportedly returns from the club's United States tour early to undergo a medical with Tottenham Hotspur.

Ben Davies has reportedly flown back to the UK early in order to undergo a medical with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Swansea City defender had been in the United States with the South Wales side as part of their pre-season tour, but has been linked with a move to the London club.

According to the South Wales Evening Post, the 21-year-old left the squad early in order to travel back for a medical.

It is believed that Spurs have agreed to pay £10m for the Wales international.

Davies was not involved in Swansea's 2-0 defeat to Minnesota United yesterday evening.
