Luke Moore agrees Turkish move after leaving Swansea City

Swansea City have confirmed that Luke Moore has been allowed to leave the club by mutual consent, with the striker now in Turkey finalising a move to Elazigspor.

Moore had been at the Liberty Stadium for more than two years, after joining from West Bromwich Albion in 2011.

The 27-year-old had 10 months left on his Swansea contract, but boss Michael Laudrup has agreed to let the forward leave on a free after deeming him surplus to requirements this season.

Earlier this week Moore flew to Turkey to talk terms with Elazigspor and has agreed a deal with the Turkish Super League outfit, according to the Daily Mail.

During two-and-a-half years with Swansea, the England Under-21 international scored 10 times in 60 appearances.
