Angel Rangel delighted with Spanish arrivals at Swansea City

Swansea City defender Angel Rangel has revealed his delight at the recent Spanish signings made by manager Michael Laudrup.

Rangel, who was part of the previous Spanish regime under former manager Roberto Martinez, says that he is looking forward to playing alongside new faces Michu and Jose Manuel Flores.

"At one point three seasons ago there were 10 Spanish players and staff so it was a big group," Wales Online quotes Rangel as saying.

"The majority of them have gone but Andrea [Orlandi] and myself have stayed. I'm sure [Michu and Chico] will come here and do well for us. [These are] exciting times."

Rangel has been with Swansea since 2007.
