Swansea City new boy Michu is delighted after his stunning debut for the Swans against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

The 26-year-old scored twice as well as hitting the crossbar as the Swans brushed aside QPR 5-0 on the opening day of the Premier League season.

Afterwards, Michu expressed his happiness after making his first appearance in English football.

"It was an unforgettable day. It couldn't have gone better. I hit the crossbar as well and could have got a hat-trick," said Michu.

"It's three points that will make us grow and grow into the league."

Michu joined the Swans from Rayo Vallecano in the summer.
