Michael Laudrup insists that he will remain at Swansea City for at least another season.

Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has insisted that he wants to stay at the club next season and will see what happens after that.

The Swans lost 2-1 to Manchester United this afternoon, but will finish in the Premier League's top 10 and won the League Cup in an excellent campaign.

The Danish manager said that he wants to consolidate the team and enjoy a European campaign.

"Next season I want to try and consolidate Swansea," said Laudrup. "There is a lot of challenge there.

"We're playing in Europe and would like the have that experience as a club, as a team and I would like to be part of that. Then let's see what happens in the future."
