Sunderland's Jack Colback pleased with Cardiff City draw

Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback has said that he is pleased to have earned his side a point against Cardiff City on Saturday.

The 24-year-old scored in injury time to help the Black Cats to a 2-2 draw in their Premier League clash at the Cardiff City Stadium.

"It felt like an age before the ball went in for my goal," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.

"It took a nick and thankfully that helped it into the net. It was massively important we did not lose the game."

Sunderland are currently at the foot of the league table with 14 points from 19 matches.
