Bendtner, Cattermole charged by police

Sunderland duo Nicklas Bendtner and Lee Cattermole have both been charged with criminal damage after cars were allegedly vandalised in Newcastle.

Bendtner and Cattermole will appear before Newcastle magistrates later this month after the alleged incident in December.

The cars were alleged to have been damaged at 10pm on Tuesday, December 6 in Newcastle's China Town.

Northumbria Police have confirmed that the pair will face five charges of criminal damage.
