Stoke City could reach the magic 40-points mark with a home win over struggling Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, while Wolves will remain bottom of the table regardless of the result.

Potters boss Tony Pulis has injury concerns over three key players. Defender Andy Wilkinson (groin) and wingers Matthew Etherington and Jermaine Pennant (both ankle) are all doubtful.

Terry Connor has a selection dilemma in midfield, as Jamie O'Hara and Stephen Hunt are both unavailable after undergoing groin surgery this week. Karl Henry could start after playing an hour for the reserves in midweek.
