Pulis: 'Fuller's got a short fuse'

Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has criticised forward Ricardo Fuller after the Jamaican was sent off for a stamp against Chelsea this afternoon.

The 32-year-old reacted angrily to a challenge from Blues defender Branislav Ivanovic and stamped on the Serbian's thigh.

Potters manager Pulis has since expressed his disappointment after his side went on to lose 1-0 because of a second-half Didier Drogba goal.

"Ricardo Fuller has been a good player for the football club but he's got a short fuse," said Pulis afterwards.

"What he's done today is ridiculous - he's given us a tough job today. Branislav Ivanovic has caught him but it's a poor reaction from Ricardo and we'll deal with it."

The loss saw Stoke drop to 10th in the Premier League.
