Stoke boss Tony Pulis vows to keep his players' feet on the ground after their successful start to the season.

Stoke City manager Tony Pulis vowed to keep his players' feet on the ground after their 2-0 win against Fulham.

The Potters, who have moved up to seventh place in the Premier League table after the victory, have enjoyed a strong start to the season and they continue their European adventure on Thursday when they take on Maccabi Tel-Aviv in the Europa League.

Despite the successful times at the Britannia Stadium, the manager has said that he hopes to keep his players focused for the games ahead.

"It has been a great start to the season and we are very, very pleased," said Pulis. "But we know in football that it can change so, so quickly and we will just keep our feet on the ground and the players will keep working hard.

"We want the supporters to enjoy this period and really get behind the lads, and they have been doing that, so it is smashing at the moment. But if you take your eye off the ball in this game, then it can soon fall and crumble away."

The Potters resume their Premier League campaign next Saturday when they travel to Arsenal.
