Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has spoken out against players trying to trick referees into awarding penalties by diving.
Pulis believes that the British game is at risk from what now is accepted as "the norm" in Spain.
"My big thing is people diving. I just can't stand people falling around and rolling around. It really, really goes against the grain for British football," Pulis said.
"But what I've seen abroad and in a few cases here, I just think it's a growing disease.
"They're not even touched and they're falling over and it puts enormous pressure on referees. I've watched Spanish football and they're doing it and everyone just takes it as the norm."
Stoke face Valencia in the Europa League on Thursday.
