Stoke City forward Peter Crouch has revealed his delight following his side's shock 1-0 win over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
Mame Biram Diouf scored the only goal of the match in Manchester, with the Potters picking up the points despite having just 27% possession.
"Obviously you have a gameplan and sometimes it can go awry. Obviously if they get an early goal you're shot to pieces," Crouch told Sky Sports News.
"But we had a gameplan right from the first whistle - we put it to plan and everything seemed to come off."
Stoke have picked up four points from their first three league games.
