Stoke City forward Marko Arnautovic has reportedly been ordered to return to Germany as he continues to fight charges relating to dodging car tax during his time at Werder Bremen.
Arnautovic stands accused of failing to get his Porsche Panamera registered in Germany after he was pulled over last October, with police refusing his story that the vehicle belonged to his mother.
The Austrian forward was issued with a hefty fine of €120,000 (£103,000) but has requested a personal hearing, which according to Bild is due to take place in the New Year at a Munich court.
Stoke's summer signing has impressed during his early appearances for the Potters, opening his Premier League account with a free kick in last weekend's 3-2 defeat at Manchester United.
