Stoke City's Erik Pieters available for Southampton game

Mark Hughes has confirmed that Erik Pieters is fit to feature against Southampton at the weekend.

The Dutch defender suffered a broken nose during Stoke's 1-0 victory over Chelsea before the international break.

However, Hughes has revealed that Pieters will be in the squad for the visit to the St Mary's Stadium.

The boss added that Spanish centre-back Marc Muniesa is the only injury concern that the Potters have ahead of their trip to the South Coast.
