Former Toronto defender Andy Iro has joined Stevenage on a free transfer.
The 27-year-old, who joined Columbus Crew in 2008, was widely regarded as one of the most talented defenders in the MLS.
He joined Toronto in 2011, but left the club after failing to agree a new contract.
Iro has been without a club since January.
