Defender Cole Kpekawa leaves St Mirren

The 22-year-old made the last of his eight appearances in Alan Stubbs' final match in charge in early September.

Centre-back Cole Kpekawa has become the latest Alan Stubbs signing to leave St Mirren.

The 22-year-old made the last of his eight appearances in Stubbs' final match in charge, a 4-1 defeat by Hearts on September 1.

The former QPR, Barnsley and Colchester defender signed a two-year deal in July but the Paisley club announced he had left "by mutual consent".

Cody Cooke and Josh Heaton – who recently joined Kidderminster on loan after making two Betfred Cup appearances for Saints – are the only permanent Stubbs signings to remain on the club's books.

Lee Hodson and the injured Danny Rogers are the only two loan players to survive from Stubbs' recruitment drive.
