Chelsea have reportedly rejected the chance to exchange Fernando Torres for Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor.
Despite scoring in the UEFA Super Cup against Bayern Munich last week, it is believed that Torres is not part of Chelsea's plans for the new season.
According to Sky Italia, Spurs offered to exchange the Spaniard for Adebayor, but that offer has been rejected by the Blues.
The transfer window slams shut at 11pm this evening.
