Joao Moutinho's reported £22m move to Tottenham Hotspur is said to have hit a snag this afternoon.

It emerged earlier this afternoon that the lofty fee had been agreed but, according to Sky Sports News, the two parties have stalled over personal terms.

Spurs look set for an eventful last few hours of transfer deadline day, with Lyon goalkeeper Hugo Lloris at the club trying to finalise a move while Fernando Llorente is also a reported target.

Moutinho, who would be seen as a replacement for Luka Modric, has been capped 48 times by Portugal, scoring twice.
