Internacional director Marcelo Medeiros has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur will not be signing Leandro Damiao during the January transfer window.
The Premier League club had been linked with a £20m move for the 23-year-old Brazilian striker.
"The numbers were below our expectations," Medeiros is quoted as saying by Globo Esporte.
Damiao was the top scorer at the London Olympics with six goals in six matches.
