Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a summer swoop for Barcelona midfielder Ibrahim Afellay.
The Dutch international spent the first half of last season on loan at Schalke 04 before his campaign was cut short because of injury.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas is now keen on bringing the 27-year-old to White Hart Lane, according to the Daily Star.
Afellay joined Spanish champions Barcelona from PSV Eindhoven in 2011.
