Tottenham Hotspur sporting director Fabio Paratici will reportedly prioritise securing the long-term future of Son Heung-min this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur sporting director Fabio Paratici is reportedly focused on agreeing a new long-term contract with Son Heung-min.

At a time when Harry Kane is being linked with a big-money exit, fellow key man Son has just two years remaining on his existing deal at the North London outfit.

Keen to retain his market value and no guarantee over Champions League football in the future, Spurs want to agree fresh terms as soon as possible.

According to 90 min, Paratici will prioritise discussions with Son and his representatives over the coming weeks.

There have been no suggestions that Son wants to depart a club that he has represented since 2015, scoring a total of 70 goals from 197 appearances in the Premier League.

Nevertheless, the player is said to have admirers both in England's top flight and abroad, putting the pressure on the Spurs hierarchy to find a positive resolution.
