Aaron Lennon commits to Tottenham Hotspur until 2016

Lennon signs new Tottenham deal

Aaron Lennon has signed a new four-year contract at Tottenham Hotspur.

Lennon had been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane during the summer but he has now committed his future to the club until 2016.

The 25-year-old signed for Spurs from Leeds United in 2005 and he earned himself England recognition with his performances for the club.

The winger was restricted to just 23 league appearances last season, but new Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas has moved to secure Lennon to another four years with the club.
