Inter Milan open Erik Lamela talks with Tottenham Hotspur?

Inter Milan have reportedly opened talks with Tottenham Hotspur over a move for winger Erik Lamela.

The 23-year-old Argentine has scored just six goals in 66 games for Spurs since arriving at the club from Roma for £25m.

Lamela has featured in all three of Tottenham's Premier League matches this season.

Inter are understood to have held initial discussions with Spurs for the player on Monday, while further negotiations are scheduled to take place later today, according to Sky Sports News.

Lamela has found the net once in 10 appearances for the Argentine national team.
