David Bentley to move to MLS?

Tottenham midfielder David Bentley could complete a summer loan move to the MLS, according to The People.

Bentley, 27, made five appearances on loan at West Ham this season before getting injured in training.

He is currently undergoing a rehabilitation course on a knee injury and is expected to be fit by the beginning of March.

The former Blackburn winger wants competitive action in order to be ready for next season, however, and could move to America to play in the MLS during the summer.

Bentley has seven caps for England.
