Bayern Munich lining up Harry Kane as Robert Lewandowski replacement?

Bayern lining up summer bid for Kane?

Bayern Munich have reportedly earmarked Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane as a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

The Polish hitman has been tipped to leave the club for Real Madrid this summer and, according to Marca, the Spurs forward has been shortlisted as a possible candidate to fill the void up front.

RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner is said to be Bayern's first choice to replace Lewandowski, but the report suggests that the German giants could shift their attention to Kane if they fail to land him.

Bayern have also been linked with a move for Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino, with their current head coach Jupp Heynckes due to retire at the end of the season.

The report goes on to speculate that Kane could follow Pochettino to Germany if the Argentine takes the hotseat at the Bundesliga champions.
