Team News: Hugo Lloris one of five Tottenham Hotspur changes

Tottenham Hotspur make five changes for their trip to West Bromwich Albion, who hand a debut to Callum McManaman following his move from Wigan Athletic.

Hugo Lloris has returned to captain the Tottenham Hotspur side as they travel to face West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League this afternoon.

The French goalkeeper is one of five changes made by Mauricio Pochettino, with Federico Fazio, Danny Rose, Paulinho and Erik Lamela also returning for the visitors.

Meanwhile, Tony Pulis has handed a full debut to winger Callum McManaman just days after his arrival from Wigan Athletic.

The 23-year-old has replaced Stephane Sessegnon, while Ben Foster and James Morrison have also both come back into the starting XI following last weekend's 2-1 victory over Birmingham City in the FA Cup.
