How Spurs could line up against Lion City Sailors

Tottenham Hotspur will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they square off against Lion City Sailors in Singapore on Wednesday.

Ange Postecoglou begun his Spurs reign with a 3-2 defeat to West Ham United in Australia last week, his side getting back on level terms before succumbing to a 78th-minute winner for the Hammers.

The Premier League giants have now moved to Asia to square off against Lion City Sailors, who occupy third position in the Singaporean top flight.

Last time out, Postecoglou named separate sides for the first and second halves, and the expectation is that a relatively full-strength side will be fielded for this contest.

If changes are made, Destiny Udogie may be introduced at left-back, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg getting the nod over Oliver Skipp in midfield.

Emerson Royal and Ben Davies are waiting in the wings if Postecoglou wants to make further alterations to his backline, as is Giovani Lo Celso if a creative player is required between the defence and attack.

Despite speculation over his future, it would come as a surprise if Harry Kane was not selected in the starting lineup, leaving Richarlison to remain on the substitutes' bench.

That said, the Brazil international is an option on either flank and could be viewed as a replacement for either Dejan Kulusevski or Manor Solomon.

Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup: Vicario; Porro, Romero, Tanganga, Udogie; Hojbjerg, Bissouma; Kulusevski, Maddison, Solomon; Kane
