William Gallas insists that Tottenham are continuing to get better as a side.

Spurs centre-back William Gallas has said that Tottenham are a better club now than at this time last season.

The Frenchman was a regular in the Spurs side that reached the last eight of the Champions League and finished fifth in the Premier League in the 2010/11 campaign. However, after securing their sixth consecutive league win at the weekend, Gallas has said that the club are still getting better.

"I think we've improved," he told the club's official website. "The results show we've improved a lot and that's good for the future.

"I think at the moment we are at another level and we have to carry on.

"It won't be easy [to maintain that level of form], but we have to be focused, to concentrate and to believe."

Tottenham will look to continue their winning run in the Premier League at the Britannia Stadium this weekend.
