Christian Eriksen: 'It's key that Tottenham Hotspur bounce back'

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen says that the team must bounce back from their Europa League defeat when they face Norwich City in the Premier League.

Christian Eriksen has said that Tottenham Hotspur must "bounce back" from their Europa League defeat when they face Norwich City in the Premier League this weekend.

The Dane scored his first goal for Spurs when the sides met at Carrow Road in September.

The 22-year-old told the team's website: "I remember my first game well, it was important to make my debut and make a good start.

"We have to try to open them up and take our chances. We know in the Premier League we've scored goals recently, we're also good away from home so hopefully we'll continue that on Sunday.

"The lads are confident after Newcastle and we have to show it again on Sunday. It's important to bounce back from Dnipro and if we want to finish in the top four, we have to try to win this game."

Spurs are fifth in the Premier League table ahead of this weekend's fixtures.
