Nabil Bentaleb: 'Tottenham Hotspur will not prioritise one competition'

Nabil Bentaleb insists that Tottenham Hotspur will not prioritise just one competition this season.

Nabil Bentaleb has claimed that Mauricio Pochettino is refusing to prioritise one competition ahead of another this season.

There had been suggestions that Spurs would focus on the Europa League as this season's winners will earn a spot in the Champions League, but Bentaleb insists that finishing in the top four of the Premier League is still a target.

"We have targets," the Algerian told reporters. "In the league it's getting top four. In the Europa League it's to go as far as we can to win it.

"We all think and believe we can achieve something in both."

Spurs meet Besiktas in the Europa League on Thursday night.
