Alli named PFA Young Player of the Year

Tottenham Hotspur attacker Dele Alli has been named the PFA Young Player of the Year for the 2015-16 campaign.

The 20-year-old is currently in his first season of Premier League football having made the move to White Hart Lane from MK Dons in last summer's transfer window.

The England international has scored 10 times and provided nine assists in the top flight this term, however, and is expected to travel to Euro 2016 as a key member of Roy Hodgson's starting XI.

Alli has taken the crown from Spurs teammate Harry Kane, who was named Young Player of the Year last season.

Gareth Bale also claimed the prize during for the 2012-13 season, while Wayne Rooney has won it on two occasions.
