Emmanuel Adebayor admits that an FA Cup winners' medal with Spurs would be a "dream".

Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor has admitted that an FA Cup winners' medal this season would be a "dream".

The 28-year-old has not won a trophy during the six years that he has been playing in England.

The Togolese forward, who is expected to feature in Sunday's semi-final against Chelsea, admits that a medal would be great to show to his kids.

"I didn't win anything with Arsenal, I didn't win anything with Manchester City, so I want to win the FA Cup with Tottenham," he said. "To do that would be special, a dream for me.

"I want to win the FA Cup so I can show my medal to my kids and say 'look what daddy won!'."

Spurs are hoping to reach their first FA Cup final since 1991 when they make the short trip to Wembley Stadium this weekend.
