Andre Villas-Boas has handed a start to Jermain Defoe for tonight's Europa League group stage match against Tromso.

There are six changes in total from the Tottenham Hotsur side that beat Norwich City in the Premier League on Saturday with starts for Kyle Naughton, Younes Kaboul, Sandro, Erik Lamela and Lewis Holtby.
