Half-Time Report: Jamie Paterson puts Nottingham Forest ahead against Sheffield United

Nottingham Forest are beating Sheffield United at half time in their FA Cup match at Bramall Lane.

The first shot was for the home side, but John Brayford's effort was straight at Dorus de Vries.

Forest immediately charged down the other end with Jamie Paterson showing some nice touches on the edge of the box. He went for goal, but scuffed his volley over the bar.

Greg Halford then curled wide as the visitors looked for the opening goal. They didn't have long to wait, however, as Paterson headed in from a corner.

Forest began to dominate the ball after that, but De Vries had to be alert to keep out Steven Scougall's shot. Brayford then fired wide just before the whistle.
