Steven Fletcher has said that he will "cherish" the hat-trick he scored against Gibraltar.
Scotland defeated the minnows 6-1, with Fletcher scoring the team's second goal on the half-hour mark before adding two more late on.
Fletcher had gone without a goal in 14 international matches before finding the net at Hampden Park.
"I'm happy we got the three points but obviously the three goals means a lot because it's been a while since I've scored so I'm delighted," Fletcher told Sky Sports News.
"Any goal for my country makes me proud but obviously getting a hat-trick is a fantastic achievement and I'll cherish it.
"We've got a lot of confidence, great group of lads, hopefully we can take it into the summer."
Fletcher was the first player to score a hat-trick for Scotland since Colin Stein in 1969.
