Wigan Athletic midfielder James McArthur has received a late call-up to the Scotland squad for their Euro 2012 qualifiers against Liechtenstein and Spain.
Manager Craig Levein has decided to select the 23-year-old after receiving the news that Robert Snodgrass had been forced to withdraw from the squad with an ankle injury.
Levein, who could also be without the services of captain Darren Fletcher because of illness, will travel with his team to their base in Switzerland tomorrow.
McArthur has been awarded four international caps by Levein.
