Team News: Gervinho starts Rome derby

Roma coach Rudi Garcia has opted to recall Gervinho in attack for this afternoon's Derby della Capitale against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico.

Gervinho comes in for Adem Ljajic in the only change from the side that beat Parma 3-1 on Monday, a result that maintained the Giallorossi's 100% start in Serie A.

With Michael Bradley out, Kevin Strootman continues alongside Miralem Pjanic and Daniele De Rossi in midfield, with Alessandro Florenzi and Gervinho playing off lone striker Francesco Totti.

Lazio boss Vladimir Petkovic has opted for experience this afternoon, with Cristian Ledesma and Alvaro Gonzalez preferred to Lucas Biglia in central midfield.
